Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC)

The Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) at LISSAH is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all students, irrespective of their socio-economic background, gender, disability, or other marginalized identities. The cell ensures that every student receives fair access to academic and co-curricular opportunities, empowering them to achieve their full potential.

Objectives:

• To promote diversity, inclusivity, and equality within the campus.
• To provide necessary support and guidance to students from underprivileged and marginalized communities.
• To address and prevent discrimination or bias in any form.
• To create awareness about policies and initiatives related to equal opportunities.
• To collaborate with various departments and external agencies to enhance accessibility and inclusivity.

The EOC of LISSAH actively organizes workshops, awareness programs, and support initiatives to uphold the principles of fairness and equal participation in academic and social spheres.
